Registration costs $189–$199 per season — real money for families living paycheck to paycheck. The CWS Athlete Scholarship Fund covers full season registration, uniform, and equipment for qualifying athletes. Scholarship applications are reviewed each season by the Cultural Wealth Foundation board. Every sponsoring partner is credited as a scholarship donor in program communications.

Sponsor Agreement Signed
Your company signs the CWS Corporate Sponsorship Agreement. Payment processed via check, ACH, or card. Written acknowledgment issued immediately for tax purposes.
Funds to Cultural Wealth Foundation
Sponsorship funds flow to Cultural Wealth Foundation (FL 501c3). The Foundation allocates funds across operations, marketing, programming, and the Athlete Scholarship Fund per its annual budget.
Scholarship Applications Reviewed
Families in need apply through the CWS Scholarship Program each season. The Foundation board reviews applications based on financial need, athlete commitment, and program availability.
Athlete Receives Full Scholarship
Approved athletes receive full registration, uniform, and program access at no cost to their family. They compete alongside full-paying athletes with equal standing — no difference in experience.
