League Director
Lead the strategic direction of one or more CWS sport leagues. Oversee operations, scheduling, coach recruitment, sponsor relationships, and season championship execution.
- Oversee full-season operations for an assigned sport league
- Manage scheduling, referees, field logistics, and equipment
- Build and maintain sponsor and community partner relationships
- Coordinate championship tournaments and award ceremonies
Assistant League Director
Support the League Director in day-to-day operations. Help manage game day logistics, coach onboarding, parent communications, and league administration.
- Assist with game day setup, check-in, and field management
- Coordinate coach onboarding and background checks
- Manage parent communications and league updates
- Track registrations and league compliance
Head Coach
Lead a CWS youth team through a full season — from combine to championship. Teach fundamentals, sportsmanship, and life skills. CWS provides certified coaching clinics, playbooks, and official team gear.
- Lead weekly practices and game day coaching
- Teach fundamentals, safety, and positive sportsmanship
- Communicate with parents and players all season long
- Represent CWS values on and off the field
Assistant Coach
Support the Head Coach with practices, drills, and game day operations. Great entry point for aspiring coaches or parent volunteers who want to step into a leadership role.
- Assist with drills, skill stations, and practice plans
- Help manage sideline and bench on game day
- Support player development and positive reinforcement
- Help with equipment and field setup
Referee / Game Official
Officiate NFL FLAG, Jr. NBA/WNBA, and MLS GO games. CWS provides training, rule clinics, and certification. Paid per game — perfect for former players, coaches, or sports enthusiasts.
- Officiate youth games fairly and professionally
- Enforce rulebook and safety protocols
- Complete CWS referee certification and rule clinics
- Communicate calls with coaches and league directors
Program Coordinator
Coordinate multi-sport programs, registration systems, and league communications. Bridge the gap between league directors, parents, and the community. Detail-oriented and organized.
- Manage registration flow and SportsPlus portal
- Coordinate league schedules across all 5 sports
- Handle parent inquiries and league communications
- Support event logistics and community outreach
Game Day Operations
Run the game day show — field setup, scorekeeping, equipment, music, announcer coordination, and fan zone experience. The energy of CWS game days starts here.
- Set up fields, cones, scoreboards, and fan zones
- Manage equipment inventory and game-day logistics
- Coordinate with referees, coaches, and announcers
- Ensure safe, organized, and high-energy game days
Marketing & Social Media
Tell the CWS story across social media, the website, and community channels. Capture game day highlights, create content, and grow the CWS brand across Central Florida.
- Create game day photo and video content
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok posts
- Write league updates and community spotlights
- Support sponsor visibility and brand campaigns
Community Outreach
Be the face of CWS in the community — schools, churches, local events, and partner organizations. Build relationships that bring more kids into the game and more sponsors to the league.
- Represent CWS at community events and school meetings
- Build relationships with local schools and organizations
- Recruit new families and athletes to CWS leagues
- Support school NFL FLAG curriculum partnerships
